The Position

• Respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels in a timely and professional manner.

• Resolve customer issues efficiently, collaborating with internal teams as needed to provide swift solutions.

• Identify recurring customer feedback and communicate insights to management to help improve processes and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in reporting systems, and assist in developing customer service resources.

• Assist at the front desk as needed, managing patient check-ins and check-outs to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience.

• Follow up on unresolved inquiries to ensure timely and effective resolutions.

• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.


This is a full-time in office position located at our Charlotte, NC office

Must Haves

Must Haves

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a client-facing role

• Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused, with a passion for helping others


• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor


• Highly organized and dependable, have an eye for detail, and have strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Ability to multitask and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously

• Proficiency or knowledge with CRM tools and/or customer service software preferred (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Grogias)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace preferred (excel,sheets, drive etc.)

• Positive and upbeat personality
