    Highly recommend!

    I typically wake up during the night and having trouble going back to sleep. When I take this supplement I sleep all night with no issues and best part is I don't wake up groggy the next morning. Highly recommend this to anyone that has trouble sleeping. 5 stars!

    Amazing! Slept great, didn’t wake up groggy!

    The Skin by Blair team recommended this new supplement, MetaSleep. This is one of the greatest natural sleep supplements I have tried. It has just the right dose of melatonin, where I slept through out the night and didn’t wake up feeling groggy or tired. Highly recommend!
